After listening to george strait, it just dropped me. After two weeks the dial to unlock the safe was just spinning both ways and could not unlock safe.

I called customer service, sent a video of the dial not working and they said they would send someone out to unlock the safe and fix it, also we would receive a call from a supervisor.I do a lot of long distance driving and i need to have a safe and reliable car.I have been with cannon for over 18 months now and love their fast, professional service!I have two accounts with them with two different clearing houses and i do a trading system on one and trade online on the other.

Since i have been having my cars serviced and maintained at cannon’s i am 100% confident when heading.So i called back, and pressed #1 for sales.Sunday (9/22/19) i go to unlock the safe and it won’t unlock.The customer service department is the worst i’ve seen in 52 years.
The people there were great and l may have to deal with them if cannon doesn’t do something.The safe itself seems heavy duty and locks snugly.The things that are important to me when i go to a mechanic are quality, trust and customer service.There are things you can do to open your cannon gun safe without causing damage to it.
